There will be a virtual meeting Tuesday, 11/28th hosted by McGilvra. This panel will be made of a group of parents from Meany feeder schools. If you are wondering about how middle school will look for your incoming 6th grader, this is the meeting for you!

Questions for parents to answer will include: What is Meany Middle School really like? Is it a good option for my child for middle school? 
We will talk about: Parents’ and kids’ expectations about Meany vs. what they’ve actually experienced. Communications among Meany staff, PTSA and parents. Academic rigor, teacher quality, and extracurricular activities. How Meany prepared kids for Garfield High School.

Will also include an open Q & A time. Zoom link will be emailed as the date approaches.
