Engaging Across Difference:

Mark your calendars NOW! You won’t want to miss this highly anticipated evening. This is a workshop intended for ALL ADULTS. Childcare will be provided during this presentation.

Leschi Elementary PTA is rooted in our mission to confront and dismantle systemic racism in all its form. Our intention is to give us an opportunity to connect, learn, and engage in topics around equity, inclusion, and antiracist education and action. The purpose of this night is to plant the seeds in raising awareness, challenging ourselves, deepening our understanding, and empowering our community to advance our efforts to actively recreate systems into equitable, inclusive, and antiracist institutions.

Read more about Kimberlee’s book, workshops and background here.

Our Leschi workshop will include topics from “Talking To Your Children About Race” and any topics that arise during our presentations. A list of Kimberlee’s workshops can be found here. If there are questions you would like to ask specifically, come prepared!
